Dream Team: Dave Haddon
I'm 64 and have been a Wolves supporter since 1961. I have missed only 3 one off World Finals between 1961 & 1995 then the G.P. started, I would much prefer the one off world
champioship to the G.P

Sam Ermolenko
Sam is probably the best rider ever to race for the Wolves sam was a great captain & was at his best coming from the back & team riding his team mates to success. Sam became WORLD CHAMPION in Pocking 1993, a truly great day & well deserved for a truly great ambasador to speedway. Currently working for Sky Sports, a great rider & legend at Wolves.
Ronnie Correy
Ronnie is another Wolves legend a great rider in his day & fellow American of Sam.
Peter Karlsson
P.K. as he he known throughout speedway is still racing today at the ripe old age of 41 & still piling up the points for Wolves.
Mikael Karlsson
Mikael is the younger brother of P.K. a former G.P. rider & yet another legend at Wolves.
Freddie Lindgren
Freddie is my No 1 favourite rider. Joined Wolves in 2004 - a G.P. rider & surley a world champion of the future? A Swedish international, Freddie is on course to become Wolves all time No 1 point scorer.
George Hunter
George is another Wolves legend, he rode for Wolves in the seventies. He is no longer with us as he pased away a few years ago. George or as he was known 'The Old Meadowbank Express' from his days with Edinburgh, will always be fondly remembered at Monmore Green.
Tommy Sweetman
Tommy was my first favourite rider when I first attended speedway way back in 1961. He was a firm favourite at Wolves, a great captain and a great team rider. I had the pleasure of meeting Tommy when he visited Monmore Green in July this year with his son Chris who was Wolves mascot in 1961.
