Davies Park Plaque Unveiled

A small group of dedicated enthusiasts gathered at Davies Park West End for the unveiling of a plaque in memory of one of the worlds first purpose built quarter mile dirt speedways in 1927. The grandson of the founder, A J Hunting, was there to do the deed. Tony Webb hosted the ceremony and Bert Kingston was guest speaker.
