California Poppies Reunion 2008

Bob Cole attended the California Poppies reunion on 12th October 2008. The Poppies competed in the Southern Area League from 1954 until 1957. The track was made from earth and coarse sand and measured 334 yards. In recent years the former track site has been the venue for an annual reunion of veterans and a vintage bike display.
